Overnight Dexamethasone suppression test/ 24 hour urine free cortisol - screening
Low dose dexamethasone test/ 24 hour urine free cortisol - confirm hypercortisolism
Paired morn - midnight ACTH cortisol test - ACTH dependant or not
High dose dexamethasone test - ACTH dependant: pituitary (or ectopic)/ other
