Q

State advantage and disadvantage of potentiometer over the voltmeter

A

Advantages
1) It gives more accurate emf of the cell
2) Potentiometer measures the accurate potential difference then voltmeter

Demerits
1) Potentiometer is non portable
2) Potentiometer doesn’t give direct readings
