A collective understanding of beliefs and values that guides how employees behave. It starts with the owner and can change over time.
What is the difference between occupational illness, occupational injury and industrial disease?
Occupational illness: Abnormal condition or disorder caused by environmental factors in the workplace (inhalation, absorption, ingestion or direct contact)
Occupational injury: cut, fracture, amputation from work accident
Industrial disease: caused by exposure to a substance
What are the CSST employers’ rights?
