COMMUNICATION
A
Is any means of exchanging thoughts, feelings and other information between two or more people.
The intent of any communication is to elicit a response

- Sender
A
- initiate the process of communication by generating a message who wishes to convey a message to another

A
- motivates one person to communicate with another. These are cues that initiate communication like sight, sounds, odors, time, schedules, object, emotions etc.

- Encoding
A
involves the selection of specific signs or symbols (codes) to transmit the message, such as which language & words to use, tone & gestures of the voice, etc…

A
- derives from the sender’s internal & external experiences. It is what is actually said or written, the body language that accompanies the words.

- the medium through which the sender transmit the message.
