Rules of CTAS

A

1 - min of 2 CTAS scores given
2 - CTAS reported of receiving institution is the level of departure from scene or if pt gets worse
3 - CTAS cannot drop more than 2 levels after treatment
4 - VSA must stay CTAS 1
5 - if medics receive a TOR, the CTAS assigned documented bases on pt arrival and departure
6 - obviously dead pt receive a CTAS 0
