  1. a bill is introduced in the Dáil,to the TDs for debate
  2. After debate, amendments can be made
  3. Bill ↪️ the Special Committee for close examination
  4. Report stage (final draft of the bill)
  5. Amended bill goes back to Dáil.if passed, ↪️the Seanad for more debate.To become a law, Dáil + Seanad must pass it
  6. President signs it
  7. Bill becomes an Act
