Look at traditional building design - the Dhaji Dewari structures survived, but the technique is in danger of building lost..

Think carefully about the investment made by China to build the Karakorum highway - it de-stabilised slopes, and caused too much deforestation.
BUT… it did create opportunities for most investment in Kashmir…
