Method

A
  1. Heat the solution until 2/3 of the water has been lost. This is a saturated solution.
  2. Test the solution is saturated by dipping in a glass rod and see if crystals form on the end.
  3. Let the solution cool and crystallise
  4. Filter out the crystals
  5. Dry crystals between filter paper
