level of injuries?

A

Zone v - below carpals area easy to manage
zone 1V- carpal tunnel area , chances of adhesion is more
zone 111 - metacarpals , excision of fascia is done
Zone 11 -bunnel’s no man’s area between distal palmar crease and base of proximal phalanx . minimal handling is indicated
zone 1 -beyond proximal phalanx,repair of edp needed immobilisation with k. wire is done for pip & mobilization for dip done
