- Submersion longer than 10 min
- Resuscitation longer than 25 min
- Need for continued Resuscitation in the ED
- Water temp >10 min

- 12-48hrs -Assymptomatic
- 2-7 days -Fulminant Hepatic failure
- 1-2weeks - recovery
