An offence that involves the unlawful tampering or destruction of another person’s or organisation’s properties or belongings.

A
An element of a crime which in Latin, means ‘guilty mind’. Mens rea is a term which decides whether someone had the intent to commit a crime.

Actus Reus
A
The ‘guilty act’ in a crime, and the prosecution needs to prove actus reus in order to sanction someone.
