A person without lawful excuse, destroys/damages property belonging to another or intending to destroy/damage property. Or being reckless to property being destroyed/damaged is guilty of offence.

A person without lawful excuse, destroys/damages any property.

Possessing anything with intent to destroy/damage property (LEGISLATION)
