Explain property predatory crime?
Person involved in attempting to or actually taking someones propriety without permission.
Explain property fraudulent crime?
This is when someone tries to convert property or services to their own use through deceit or manipulation.
Explain interpersonal violence general?
This is when someone is involved in threatening or causing a person actual harm.
Explain interpersonal violence sexual?
This is when someone is involved in threatening or causing actual harm with a sexual element.
Explain transactional vice?
This is when someone is involved in a victimless offence with an exchange of good or services (i.e. prostitution, drug sales or illegal gambling).
Explain order disruption?
This is when a person is involved in a actions with no direct victim but there is concern about potential victims (i.e. resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, loitering and rioting).
Explain folk/mundane crime?
This can range from small crimes such as fishing without a licence to overloading a commercial lorry over safe limits.
Definition of a criminal?
The definition of crime is any act that violates the law determinate by that state at that specific time in history.
What is the main problem into research of criminals?
The definition of a criminal is different depending on where the act took place and when it took place.
