1. Publicly expounding or proclaiming doctrines openly contrary to public morals.
2. Knowingly publishing obscene literature.
3. Exhibiting indecent or immoral plays, scenes, acts or shows in theaters, fairs, cinematographs or any other place.
4. Selling, giving away or exhibiting films, prints, engravings, sculpture or literature which are offensive to morals.
