A
It is committed by any person who performs an act that offends against decency or good customs by any highly scandalous conduct not expressly falling under any article of the Code.

What are the acts punishable under Art. 200 “Immoral doctrines, obscene publications and exhibition, and indecent shows”?
A
- Publicly expounding or proclaiming doctrines openly contrary to public morals.
- Knowingly publishing obscene literature.
- Exhibiting indecent or immoral plays, scenes, acts or shows in theaters, fairs, cinematographs or any other place.
- Selling, giving away or exhibiting films, prints, engravings, sculpture or literature which are offensive to morals.
