Assault
(1) Intentional infliction of bodily harm (2) or the imminent apprehension of bodily harm (2) to another person
Deadly Weapon

Reckless endagerment
Conduct that creates a substantial risk of Serious bodily Injury or death to another
Murder (Intentional Killing)
(1) Malice aforethought (2) intent to cause death or serious bodily injury; (3) or in the act of committing a felony
Premeditation Factors
(1) Nature of weapon use (2) lack of provocation (3) D’s conduct before and after (4) threats and declarations made before and during (5) dealing of lethal blows after the victim was felled and/or rendered helpless
Manslaughter
Unlawfully killing another without planning in advance
Negligent Manslaughter
(1) Unreasonable conduct under the circumstances; (2) Failure to perceive the substantial and unjustifiable risk that a result will occur as a result of D’s conduct; (3) the result was within the risk that the actor should have been aware of
Reckless Mansalughter
Aware of and consciously disregards a substantial and unjustifiable risk that the result will occur; the result was within the risk that the actor was aware of
