Remove all people from the scene
Assembly them in a clear area and stay with them
Warn them not to discuss what has happened
Keep warring factions apart
Obtain their full details and prelim interview

Must ensure that the main areas for examination and exhibits are protected
Scene guard duties
Secure scene - deny access unless authorised
Record details - keep a scene log of people entering and exiting with times, names and purpose of visit.
Control movements - direct people to common approach path
Brief replacement - as it states
Respect security - don’t talk to media or witnesses about what is happening

Gain information
Ensure initial actions are attended to
Conducting a reconnaissance
Carry out an appreciation and take any immediate action

When appreciation is done immediate action taken you should ensure?
