(a) obese and stocky, short child .
(b) In face, eyelids are swollen, nose is depressed with wide nostrils,
tongue is enlarged and protrudes between thick lips .
(c) Bulging abdomen
(3) Retarded mental growth :
- Mental retardation leads to
speech defects
and incontinence of urine and feces.
