A

A

- Points are giving a rating out of 5 and are totalled. Managers decide best strategy

A
- Used when trying to solve a problem on your own
- imagine a person you respect in the empty chair and outline the solution verbally
- describe all angles of the problem

The nominal group technique
A
- divide the group into smaller groups and define the problem clearly
- each member writes down their solution and shares them with the group
- the solutions are rated and the solutions are put forward to everyone in the main group in order. IT IS USED FOR QUIET PEOPLE
