Adam is shown as a perfect man full of strength and potential. Which shows all that God made was ‘very good’.
Adam is on the ground whilst God is floating on angels showing his transcendence. An attempt to convey the power of God
Reaching out to each other shows their deep harmonious relationship with each other and than man was made in the image of God.

Lines from the hand show that Gods power reaches all the universe as he has created it all.
His hand is relatively larger than the cloud depicting that God is greater than all around him in power.
It is better than michalangelos painting for some as it just depicts his hand. As God is so powerful he cannot be explained fully so a hand of him creating the world is better

Transcendent- God is beyond this world.

Omnipotence- God is all powerfu land can create anything ‘Let there be light’ and there was light’

Catholics believe that all humans have a duty to care for the earth. ‘Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky,.
They shoudl pick up rubbish in their area. Or put pressure on politicians to help with the enviroment.

All life is sacred and should be treated with equal respect.

What is the difference between a fundamentalist and other Catholics
Fundamentalist believe everything in the Bible is true as it is the Word of God. They take everything literal.
Other Catholics interpret the word of God metaphorically as everything is not literal.

Is the beleif that all humans want to do good and avoid evil

As Catholics are stewards for the world we should care for the enviroment and sustain it. God has created everything for us

Sustainabilty is maintaining balance in the world and preserving natural resources.
An exmaple is working with famers to use natural fertilisers which are economic and effective
Belief about science and religion
That the big bang the current pope beleieves that it justifies its occurence and that creation and science co exist together to retell creation
