Abducens; motor to lateral rectus m

Facial; muscles of facial expression, taste to anterior 2/3 of tongue, parasympathetic to salivary glands (except parotid)
CN VIII
Vestibulocochlear; hearing, balance and equilibrium, position and movement of head
CN IX
Glossopharyngeal; motor to stylopharyngeus (swallowing), parasympathetic to parotid, general and special sensory to posterior 1/3 of tongue, general sensory to pharynx and palatine tonsils, visceral sensory to carotid sinus and carotid body
CN X
Vagus; motor to larynx and pharynx, parasympathetic to heart, lungs and GI viscera, visceral sensory of thorax and abdomen, special sensory to taste bus of epiglottis
CN XI
Accessory (Spinal); motor to sternocleidomastoid and trapezius mm
CN XII
Hypoglossal; motor to intrinsic and extrinsic mm of tongue
