A

olfactory nerve- sense of smell
From cerebrum
Sensory only
Pathology- lack of sense of smell because of head injuries

Cranial nerve 2- optic nerve

A

Optic nerve-comes receptors in retina- goes from front of head to brain from cerebrum
Purely sensory
Carries visual images when they have been changed electrically to the brain
Pathology- sphenoid bone issues cause retinal tumours

A

Motor, sensory and autonomic from midbrain
Motor- MR, SR,IR, IO AND LP
Autonomic- accommodation, pupil constriction / dilation
pathology, double vision, accommodation loss
