Eat a Peach
3/4 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz honey syrup
2 oz Peach mix (listed below)
Top with Prosecco
1/2 oz Laird’s Bonded Apple Brandy
1.5 oz Ketel Peach & Orange Blossom Vodka
Shake, strain into coupe and top with Prosecco. Garnish with a peach fan

1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz Demerara syrup
2 oz Kokkino mix
Shake, strain over rocks and garnish with pineapple frond fan
White Sangria
Batch:
1 oz Belvedere Lemon & Basil Vodka
4 oz white wine
Top with 1 oz Fever Tree Elderflower
Garnish with a peach slice

Top with 1 oz sparkling rose

2 oz Seedlip Spice

0.5 oz Cane Syrup
