3 oz Prosecco
Top with soda

1.5 oz rum

Coke
Add rum and lime juice into a glass (highball or rocks). Fill with ice cubes and top with coke. Garnish with lime

1.5 oz vodka

2 oz Club Soda
Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add vodka and top with half sprite and half soda and garnish with a lime
French 75
1 oz Gin
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
3 oz Champagne

White Russian
1 oz vodka
1 oz Kahlua
1 oz half and half (or whole milk)

Vodka and kahlua in first then ice then half and half
Mai Tai
1.5 oz rum 1/2 oz lime juice 1/2 oz Gifford Orgeat 1.5 oz Pineapple Juice (or orange?) (Dark rum floater)
Shake and strain over ice and add dark rum floater
