-video conferencing could be used

-triage- include symptoms of COVID
(advise patients to attend unaccompanied and not early/late)
-provide some information about their treatment and let them know they might be referred.

A

-remove gloves first (outside of glove is contaminated), remove apron (fold apron down), remove eye/face protection, remove mask (don’t touch the front of the mask).
