High quality diagnostic studies, prospective studies, RCT, systematic reviews
Levels of evidence- II
Lesser quality of #1- There is weaker diagnostic criteria, reference standards, no blinding, < 80% f/p, improper randomization

Case control studies/ retrospective studies
Levels of evidence- IV
Case series
Levels of evidence- V
Expert Opinion
Strength of Evidence- A
Strong evidence- must/ should use- Includes level I study at least, sometimes level II
Strength of Evidence- B
Moderate Evidence- should use- single high quality control trial or level II study
Strength of Evidence- C
Weak Evidence- Single study or level III or IV
Strength of Evidence- D
Conflicting Evidence- High quality study disagrees
Strength of Evidence- E
Theoretical/ Foundational Evidence- may use- suspected based on cadavers, models/ principles, basic science/ bench research
Strength of Evidence- F
Expert Opinion- may use- Best practice based on clinical experience
