- diagnose SD
- find significant TP
- establish pain scale
- wrap around TP while monitoring
- reduce pain by 70%
- maintain position 90s
- slowly, passively return pt to neutral
- reassess SD
AR1 location
inferior to clavicle on rib 1, lateral to manubrium (directly inferior to SC joint)
AR2 location
1.5in lateral to manubrium on rib 2, below mid-clavicular line
AR3-10 location
anterior axillary line on ribs 3-6

pt supine or seated, FStRt, doc at head of table (same as AR2)
AR2 treatment
