A
If an offeree in any way rejects or attempts to modify the terms of a deal, it is considered a rejection of the entire original offer and the offer is completely ‘off the table’
Terms of offer must mirror the terms of the acceptance exactly to have valid acceptance
Any additional term in acceptance is a counteroffer
