Explain Diastole and Systole
A
Diastole (relaxation phase of the heart) - where most arteries are filled with blood.
Systole (contraction phase) coronary arteries are constricted

A
Supplies blood to the right side of the heart

Posterior and inferior walls of the left ventricle (if dominant system)

A
Supplies blood to the left ventricle: – Anterior wall – Lateral Wall – Apical Wall – Ventricular septum
