CP2-key question- how does the rate that amylase works change as you change the ph?
CP2-prepare research- place starch solution, amylase solution+ ph 7 buffer into separate test tubes+ warm them in at 40* water bath
CP2-prepare dropping tile- place few drops of iodine into each spotting tile

CP2-start reaction- mix reactants, start stopwatch+ keep mixture in water bath
CP2-test for starch- remove small amount of mixture+ place onto spotting tile
CP2-record results- repeat until starch isn’t present (black)+ record time
CP2-vary ph- repeat with different ph buffers 3-10ph
CP2-results- analyse works fasted at ph7 and slower at higher or lower than this
