bacterial cell Flashcards
parts of abc- all bacteria: cell membrane, wall, cytoplasm, ribosome, chromosomal + plasmid dna, (flagellum)
chromosomal dna- large peice of dna, contains most genes
plasmid dna- small loops contain few genes
flagellum- used for movement
eukaryotic cell- with a nucleus
prokaryotic cell- without a nucleus
standard form- writing numbers with a power (e.g. 0.015= 1.5x10*-2) index number of ten (minus numb)
