A

Large B-cell most commonly
Melts away with chemotherapy, recurs aggressively
Highly cellular, periventricular (low T2, high on DWI)
Enhancing mass in immunocompetent, periventricular, frontal lobes, basal ganglia
Ring-enhaning mass in immunocompromised (differential toxoplasmosis)
