hypoxia cyanosis raised JVP peripheral oedema third heart sound murmurs (pan systolic in tricuspid regurgitation) hepatomegaly
What is the manangement of cor pulmonale?
treating symptoms and underlying causes
long term oxygen therapy is often used
prognosis is poor unless underlying cause is reversible
