How would you treat ACUTE COPD exacerbations?

A
  • Bronchodilator therapy (SAMA, SABA, Theophylline)
  • via nebuliser with O2 OR IV aminophyline
  • Oral prednisolone - 30mg OD for 7-14 days
  • Antibiotics - for purulent sputum
