You look specially pretty today.
Instead of saying “I understand” say:
I have experienced sth similar though not the same but I know how that feels
Instead of saying “you should be grateful for what you have so far” you are already better than lots of people..
Say: It’s really not easy for finding more orders this time. Showing sympathy
Instead of saying : “ this is an easy task, it will be easy for you”
Say “ this task will now need YOU to handle and complete”. (希望由你親身處理）more respect and appreciate their efforts
Instead of “if you quote such high price, you won’t get the orders”
Say: price is so high and it will not bring us any order. Attack task instead of people
Let’s have a drink one day. Appropriate or not?
Don’t give false promise

Better not say or say direct bc above opening will lead a negative feeling for the listener
