Women can now study the Talmud
There have been Orthodox communities that have set up schools that bring Talmud study and advanced Jewish law - Halacha. For example the Stern School in the Jewish University in NY Yeshiva (Greenberg’s Alma Mater)
Israeli Rabbinate has approved of women acting as YOACHOT, Halakhic advisors on personal issues such as family purity (Niddah Laws)

Advocacy has led to women being able to be a major player in getting leadership positions in Judaism

Orthodox women are now serving on Israeli Jewish councils
They are now congregational interns (female equivalent to assistant Rabbis)

There are times where Jewish women can count in the official Minyan (min. no. of people to make a proceeding legal)
Some more Liberal Orthodox Rabbi’s listening to Greenberg + feminists opined in favour of calling women to read the Torah in mixed services and leading parts of the service which do not require a minyan under certain conditions

Greenberg realised that women had a powerful role to play in the peace process in historical areas of conflicts

Attempted to build bridges between bridges of different faiths by aiding in the set up of “Women of Faith” (interfaith dialogue)
