SBP: Normotension
Other: SpO2 <90% or accessory muscle use

Asthma exacerbation
Suspected pneumothorax
Unprotected or unstable airway
Major trauma or burns to the head or torso
Tracheostomy
Inability to sit upright
Unable to cooperate
