Fitness for purpose - If a person makes known to the tader a specific purpose of which they will use the product then the contract will be treated as a term that the goods are reasonably fit for the purpose whetehr or not its one that the goods are usually used for (Baldry v Marshall).

Description - s11(1) if goods are sold by description there is a term that they will meet the description. s11(2) if sold by sampel there is an implied term that the goods will be of the same standard of the sample
