8. S. 61(4B): number of hours not rates – if provides for remuneration by reference to hourly rates and C asked Court to examine the CBA, Court may only enquire as to no. of hours but not rates. (Only if CBA overturned as unfair and unreasonable can there be assessment as per previous point).
