A

talking head reels are the highest leverage form of content . In the beginning you want to make all top of funnel content because no one knows who you are .

Find a theme : is it gonna be educational is it gonna be entertaining , relatable ? spikes emotions like lambo lifestyle for dummies

speaking directly to them like look i did this to and this is how i changed it and you can do it as well.

massively educational and starts very bold hook/ claim but back it up
ex: stop drinking whey protein .

Here you want to instantly provide credibility to your statement . if you created a hook the way it was supposed to be , the viewer must instantly be given proof.

every hook you provide must be faceted with a very good credible statement that makes your words .

PROVIDE CTA

A

it’s could be hard or soft

hard CTA are exactly what they sound like you’re straight u calling them to action on a task that you want them to accomplish .

ex: Dm me keyword for a free guide, or for 1:1 coaching , or to learn more.

another one could be check out my youtube for an depth breakdown of dye that associated video was about . be very careful with these in your reels until you have a bigger audience .

for most part soft CTA is the deadliest weapon reels and stories as well.

these are hidden in plain sight but you aren’t directly speaking about them.

ex : thats why all my

i made 60 min youtube thats why have i have followers for a reasons i didn’t blow up for no reason . my goal is to provide as much value to my audience

it’s so simple to dm a coach or mentor i did it so your research take a risk .

CTA’s Like this are so good because you instantly become on their team . instead of them vs you trying to create the sales process . The bigger your audience is and the better your messaging is the easier this will be .

post 2 of these a day ( 1 talking head , 1 infotainment / edit) posting times don’t matter in the grand scheme of things but always keep at least 6 hours in between posts so they can gain traction and you can see how each performs unbiased of the other reel.

instagram stories

post 9 stories a day minimum.
Remember the stories are where the most money is made once the system is complete . you consistent with stories shows you are consistent as a coach . want to have as many emotional associations / connections with them as possible and to do that you must always be posting to cater to what the viewer is needing to rely on.

youtube shorts :

any instagram reels that are under a min can be repurposed as shorts . post 1 a day . the main focus with these is the title because that is what gets the most attention.

youtube long form :
post 2 youtube long form pieces of content each week . real authentic , raw , diary of your life .
ideally you should have 1 education focused video that builds rapport, trust , and credibility with your audience as well as 1 video that shows off your lifestyle and what you do in a more infotainment way.

this is going to be a story that signals to your audience you’re up and getting after it . whoever holds the most trust makes the most money .
post the gym later for motivation for them.

relate it why you up early it sets the tone ex

then attack your viewer : call out their inability to do the things they want because of their lack of mindset/ process ( you can say you want to be successful but do wanna be up .

this story is going to be sharing an interesting thought , viewpoint , or delivering some form of value to your audience in the form of written word
nice pic or video of you and typing shit out and relate to they can understand .

3) Client. work post or self work post

4) motivation sauce drop

5) client wins or self wins

this all gives proof and trust

show you at working at things

lead , relate and attack

ram everyone with client work with different

integrate foods and macros and etc etc

consistency brings the most trust no one cares about you are smart

conversations equals money

show how the lifestyle comes after the work
