Quartering soldiers. Spillers aren’t allowed to live in your house without consent.

Search and seizure. Police need a warrant to enter your home and look for evidence.

Due process. Can’t be tried for the same crime twice.
What’s the 6th amendment?
Speedy trial. Don’t have to wait 5 years for a trial.

Trial by jury.

Cruel and unusual punishment.

All other rights. Life, liberty, and property.

Rights reserved for the states.
what’s the 11th amendment?
Limiting federal courts. People cannot sue the state without their consent.
what’s the 12th amendment?
The president and vice president have to be voted on the same ballot.
what’s the 13th amendment?
abolition of slavery.
What’s the 14th amendment?
Civil rights guaranteed. States can’t restrict rights at the federal level.
What’s the 15th amendment?
Vote for freedom. Can’t stop people from voting due to race.
What’s the 16th amendment?
income tax. Congress compose an income tax.

Popular elections of senators. Senators elected on the more popular vote.
