Yes. Slavery is still legal as a punishment for a crime. If you are caught with drugs in your car, it is legal to force you to perform labor.

Expanded the right to due process to all Americans.
Fifteenth amendment
Granted voting rights to males of all races.
Sixteenth amendment
Gave congress the power to collect income tax.
