A

A compromise between the New Jersey plan and the Virginia plan. New jersey plan was for small state and the Virginia plan was for big states.

District court trial
Appeals court- hears cases that are appealed. They can then roam and the case, affirm the case, or reverse the decision
Supreme Court- final court. They choose which cases to hear

It is dividing the power of the gov’ among three branches. Example- congress makes laws, prez enforces laws, and supermen court interprets the laws
