A

An agreement between two or more people, who have the specific intent to agree or conspire to commit an offense, the specific intent to commit that offense, and an overt act committed by one or more of the parties to the agreement for the purpose of carrying out the object of the conspiracy.

A

Each conspirator is responsible for everything done by a co-conspirator, which is foreseeable as it follow incidentally in the execution of the common design as one of its probable and natural consequences, even though it was not intended as a part of the original design or common plan. Evidence may be direct or indirect.
