How do you wear the ComPilot for streaming?
The neckloop must be plugged in and the ComPilot around the neck
**to use as a remote, the neckloop does not have to be plugged in.
How do you pair the ComPilot?
1) Remove one end of the neckloop
2) Hold the pairing button until flashing blue light
Can the ComPilot be used “out of the box?”
Yes! But, some features are limited. You can use with Bimodal streaming and Alerts are set to voice (English).
How do I program the ComPilot?
In Sound Wave, but programming features change based on whether the patient file is open or closed.
To use the remote feature. The patient file must be open.
What is the AB MyPilot?
User-friendly remote AND status reader
Can the AB MyPilot be used with other products?
No, it can only be used with the Naida CI Q70.

5 minutes after the Naida is powered on
Can both Naidas be paired both at once or one at a time?
Paired at once; positioning or orientation of the remote and Naida is important during pairing
Can you pair multiple myPilots with single Naida?
Yes, but you can only pair 2 Naidas with one myPilot at the same time
How does one know that the myPilot has paired to his/her Naida?
The LEDs on the processor will blink according to the program number. However, if you change the program on the Naida, it will not be reflected on the remote until there is a status read initiated
What is the only way a patient can adjust sensitivity?
AB myPilot
What is a quick and easy way to make Zoom Control adjustments?
The myPilot
press and hold the “Home” button for 2 seconds and then chose direction
Default direction is set by the audiologist in programming
