Extracellular Matrix
This is the major constituent of connective tissue.
Siya yung daddy and connective tissue is its baby

Geound substance
This is a complex of anionic, hydrophilic proteoglycans, glycosaminoglycans, and mulit adhesive glycoproteins.
(Eto si Lolo na gustong gusto lumangoy sa tubig)
Mesenchymal cells
Undiffirentiated, large nuclei, spindle-shaped.
Eto si tita na mataba tas weirdo and mahilig magtahi
Mesodermal cells
These migrate from their site of origin in the embryo, surrounding and penetrating developing organs.
(Eto si tita na lumipat na sa states tas mahilig mangialam sa buhay mo)
Embryonic Mesenchyme
These are stem cells for other tissues.
Eto si tita na sobrang bait and tinutulungan ka palagi
Fibroblasts
These are the most common/key cells in connective tissue proper. It also originates locally from the mesenchymal cells.
(Eto yung common type ng cousin na basic af. Tas anak siya nung tita mong weirdo and mataba)
Active fibroblasts
These have large, euchromatic nuclei and basophilic cytoplasm; well-developed Golgi Apparatus and a prominent nucleus.
(Eto yung pinsan mo na mataba, tas mahilig sa baso, and sobrang tangina blooming kasi developed na lahat)
Inactive fibroblasts
These are smaller than heterochromatic nuclei.
Eto yung pinsan mo na trying hard pero never marreach achievements nung isa mo pang pinsan
Adipocytes
These are fat cells, and specialized for cytoplasmic storage of lipid as neutral fats or for the production of heat. Its connective tissue cushions and insulates the skin and other organs.
(Eto yung friend mo na sobrang hilig sa lechon. Yung tipong pwede nang maghibernate dahil duon tas overprotective siya sa lahat ng bagay. Also, super hot niya!!)
