2- bicuspid aortic valve
3- Aortic syndrome (AD or AAA)
4- Aortic valve stenosis or regurgitation

Commonly - this aortic constellation is associated with LEFT dominant coronary circulation - PDA arise from left circumflex instead of RCA
And Turner syndrome
