Septal leaflet of tricuspid valve is displaced towards the apex of the right ventricle.
S3 and S4 sounds
Tricuspid regurg (systolic murmur)
Mid diastolic murmur at left sternal edge

What is Milroy’s disease
A
Congenital lymphoedema cause by hypoplasia/aplasia. Hereditary element
