A
- going along with a group without a change in personal opinion (definition)

- behaviour is changed because we want to be like the influencing group (definition)

A
- group opinion and behaviour is accepted as part of who we are (definition)
- It can occur without any particular concious effort.
- Because the individual chnages both their public and private views, it is viewed as the most permanent form of conformity
