Angina Pectoris
A
From decreased myocardial perfusion, usually by narrowing of coronary arteries.
Tightness, pressure, fullness, or squeezing in center of chest. Can radiate toL side of the body in back, arm, shoulder, neck or jaw. SOB and fatigue.

Coronary artery disease
A
Atherosclerotic plaque buildup within coronary arteries; develops slowly.
Risk factors include hypertension, diabetes, obesity, chronic kidney disease, elevated cholesterol and triglyceride levels, and family hx of condition.
Symptoms include SOB with exertion, weakness, angina, or MI.

Can cause headache, confusion, visual changes, fatigue, arrhythmia, or tinnitus.
