Plantar fasciitis - inflammation of connective tissue band that runs along the bottom of your foot caused by overpronation (foot bends out too far)
Treatment - over-the-counter pain meds or orthotics
Outline Morton’s neuroma
Nerve problem between 3rd+4th bones of foot causing pain & burning or something in your shoe - common in runners.
Treatment is inflammation shots, orthotic or surgery
